Important Information
  • Each pre-paid breakfast comes with a wristband - you must wear this wristband to gain access to Pavilion Party area. It is up to your organisation to appoint a coordinator to manage who has access to your space and breakfasts.
  • Corporate team bookings are not guaranteed until confirmed by the event organiser via email.
  • Limited breakfasts and spaces are available, to avoid disappointment book now.
  • Bookings close on August 15, 2024 if not sold out earlier.
  • All prices are GST inclusive.

  • If you need to cancel your booking or the event is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the event there will be a 100% payment required.

Terms and Conditions

Bookings are not guaranteed until confirmed by the Event Organisers via email. Once booking is confirmed you will be sent a payment advice together with a terms and conditions form to sign and return. 50% of total cost owing is payable upon confirmation of booking if submitted prior to 1 August 2024. Full payment is required by all existing bookings and new bookings made on and after 15 September 2023 (if not sold out).
